Debra Kremblas Movin’ On Up… North

Effective Friday, September 26th, Debra Kremblas, Executive Vice President with Procacci Development Corporation, will be relocating back to her home town of Buffalo, New York.

Debra will continue her Commercial Real Estate career as Director of Leasing for a regional commercial development firm, Iskalo Development Corporation in Williamsville, NY.  Iskalo currently has a portfolio of approximately 1.1 million square feet and are looking to grow it.

At Procacci, Debra was responsible for the marketing, leasing and asset management of the Company’s office, industrial and retail portfolio consisting of more than 1.8 million square feet, including its largest Class A office campus, Crossroads at Dolphin Commerce Center in Miami.

With more than twenty-eight years of commercial real estate experience, Kremblas previously handled leasing and marketing for eleven office properties of more than 810,000 square feet in South Florida at Parthenon Realty, LLC and was an Asset Manager for Crocker Realty Trust.  In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she worked with Heitman Properties Ltd. for twelve years as the Asset Manager for Foster Plaza, a 987,000 square foot, ten-building suburban office complex.

Quite active in industry and civic organizations, Kremblas served as the 2009 and 2011 President and as Director of CREW Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach. She also served as 2010 and 2011 Programs Chair, and is currently a Member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of NAIOP‘s South Florida Chapter, Board Member of the Beacon Tradeport Industrial Park Association, the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross of South Florida and is a current member of a variety of organizations including:

  • South Florida Office Brokers Association-Fort Lauderdale and Miami Chapters
  • The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce
  • Business Development Board of Palm Beach County
  • The Beacon Council
  • U.S. Green Building Council
  • Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
  • International Council of Shopping Centers
  • and CoreNet Global

Debra was recognized for outstanding industry achievement and production, as one of Real Estate Florida’s 2008 Women of Influence.

As a women and children’s advocate, Kremblas was also actively involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, The American Cancer Society, the American Lung Association, Taylor’s Closet, Paps Corps, Coast-to-Coast Legal Aid of South Florida, Jack & Jill and Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse.
