Colliers International South Florida announced that 62,000 square feet has been leased at Crown Center, located at 1415-1425 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale.
The property’s newest tenant, a large financial institution, is scheduled to occupy their new offices during Q1 2015.
“The tenant was attracted to Crown Center based on its proximity to I-95, efficient floor plates, ample parking and the overall appearance of the campus, which is exceptionally maintained by an award-winning property management team,” says Sal Bonsignore, Vice President with Colliers International South Florida, who along with Senior Vice President Ronald A. Schagrin, exclusively represents landlord Fort Lauderdale Crown Center, Inc.
Crown Center is a +/- 475,000-square-foot, LEED certified office campus with tenant amenities including on-site banking and café, electric vehicle charging stations and on-site management.
“Crown Center was able to accommodate the tenant’s current requirement as well as provide them with future growth opportunities”, Schagrin adds.
The tenant was represented by Mathew Cheezem of CRESA South Florida.
