Sunbeam Properties, developer and owner of Miramar Park of Commerce, has partnered with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to lease its second generation office flex product, totaling an estimated 100,000 square feet.
The property currently houses more than 160 companies from start-ups to multi-nationals.

Located east of Red Road on both sides of Miramar Parkway, the Park offers direct access to Florida’s Turnpike and I-75.
