Garine Closes 7,000 SF Deal

Steven Garine, VP at S&K Worldwide Realty, inked a transaction with Webnet Holdings for 7,164 square feet at  1350 East Newport Center Drive (Newport Business Center) in Deerfield Beach.

Webnet joins existing tenants JP Morgan Chase, AT&T Services, ACS,  and API.

The tenant represented themselves in the transaction.
