The Cordish Companies and Caesars Entertainment plan to deliver one of the largest developments to South Florida to Pompano Beach.
The 223-acre project, dubbed “The Pomp,” will feature 1.3 million square feet of retail and entertainment space, 4,000 luxury residential units, two hotels, and 1.35 million square feet of Class A office space.
The development’s name pays homage to the former Pompano Park racetrack located on the project site.
The project will feature the newly remodeled and rebranded Harrah’s Pompano Beach and Live! entertainment anchor at its core. A three-story Topgolf venue situated at the junction of Powerline Boulevard and Race Track Road will anchor Live! at The Pomp, which will showcase more than 25,000 square feet of restaurant space. Venues will open to a central plaza serving as a gathering place for live music and entertainment, additional dining options, and more.
