The eight-story building, designed by Synalovski Romanik Saye, would feature nearly 120,000 square feet of office space, 14,500 square feet of retail, and 400 parking spaces, along with a sixth-floor amenity deck.
CBRE Executive Vice President John Criddle, First Vice President Joe Freitas and Transaction Manager Allie Lancashire signed the lease deals.
