Sundy Village has now delivered 100,000 square feet of Class A+ office space and 30,000 square feet of retail and dining.
The leases total just over 30,000 square feet.
The company will now occupy the entire top floor of 1489 W. Palmetto Park Road, totaling 30,000 square feet.
Colliers’ Executive Vice President Derek Baker represented the tenant in negotiating the deal. CBRE’s Joe Freitas, John Criddle and Max Pawk represented the landlord, Grover Corlew, in the lease negotiations.
The multi-billion-dollar public company owns, invests in, and operates businesses across five key verticals: cell towers, data centers, fiber networks, small cells and edge infrastructure.

Construction is anticipated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2023, with expected tenant occupancy beginning in the third quarter of 2026.
