The Colliers South Florida office leasing team, led by Senior Vice President Darcie Lunsford, has been chosen to handle leasing and marketing of the 137,000-square-foot, all-glass midrise.
The 43,878-square-foot professional building located within PGA Station sold for $15.5 million.
The project will feature 140,000 square feet of premier office, retail, and hospitality space.
Colliers’ Gary A. Gottlieb partnered with Mark M. Rubin, Bastian Schauer, and Ryan Buckner of the South Florida Investment Services Team to represent the seller.
The company will now occupy the entire top floor of 1489 W. Palmetto Park Road, totaling 30,000 square feet.
