The project will include more than 120,000 square feet of Class A office space, along with over 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
The first phase of the development will feature 180,000 square feet of creative office space in the East Building.
The Main Las Olas was developed by Shorenstein Properties LLC and Stiles, two real estate leaders with development track records spanning more than a century.
