Cushman & Wakefield announced that its Tenant Advisory Team of Executive Director Tony Jones and Director Ryan Levy represented Abbott Laboratories in the restructuring and expansion of its existing lease at Presidential Circle in Hollywood. Abbott relocated part of its operations from 701 Brickell Avenue in Miami to the Class A building at 4000 Hollywood Boulevard, taking an additional 8,200 square feet and bringing its consolidated footprint in Presidential Circle to 30,791 square feet. It will move into the new space in Q1 2017.
Illinois-based Abbott Laboratories is a global heath care company employing more than 74,000 people in 150 countries. The firm directs its Latin American operations out of this space. Ed Steinhardt represented the landlord, CDR Federal.
